Workshops and Training
I have nearly a decade's experience writing interactive workshops and shows for children and adults on various scientific topics, as well as training in effective communication, voice work and storytelling. Moreover, I have worked with various groups including community organisations, science festivals and theatre groups. I am excited to create workshops based on your needs or to offer one of a few options below:
YOUR CLIMATE STORY
Adults and young people, 75mins
A workshop giving people confidence to talk about their experience of climate, in exploring creativity in storytelling and in imagining a better future
GREEN SPACES AND STORYTELLING
Adults and Young People, full day/half day
A workshop that encourages people to find and perform stories about the green spaces around them. Note that this is delivered with a second storyteller.
COMMUNICATION AND VOCAL TRAINING
All ages, various
Training focusing on how to use your voice, make a message the most simple it can be, and working out your audience's needs. Can be tailored to your group.
